Registration steps

Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your web browser!
 

1. Register team
 

Teams having cars both with combustion and electric engine should register separate accounts for each if planning to attend on an event.

Teams, who already have registration should skip this step, but please check on your team data and provide the possibly missing information!
 

 

2. Activate team account

3. Login at fshungary.hu
 

You can find your menu at the top-left corner, above the picture - here you can change your profile or invite new team members.
 

 

5. Fill out Team profile data
 

By selecting 'Team profile' from the menu an information sheet will be diplayed where you can provide information about your team.

We kindly ask everyone to fill out these data about your team as fully as possible, because we use these in our program book to describe every participant.

The Car number will be possible to filled after the event registration.

Accomodation data are only relevant for teams with valid event registration.
 

 

6. Invite team members
 

Select 'Members' from the menu and click on 'Invite team members' link!

Provide team member's e-mail adresses! Messages will be sent to the given adresses with an activation link.

Any number of members can be added, this does not mean automatic registration for every one of them for the event itself. But you should later select participating members from this list when registering for the competition.

9. Fill out Team member's profile data
 

After selecting 'Members' in the menu click on edit next to the members e-mail address, whose information you would like to modify (see in red frame on the next picture).

Provide required member profile data.

Member highlighted in red in the members list means, that address data (usually the Company field) is not filled. Since it is not a required field, the highlight may be neglected.

Most important due to administrative reasons are the name and the team role fields.

 

 

Event registration

 

1. From the 10th of February 2012, 12.00 CET an Event registration button will appear on the website, besides the Team Captain will receive an Event registration e-mail as well

 

The message will contain a link and a deadline in this message, informing where and when you can register for the event.

 

2. Login to fshungary.hu!

 

Important! If you have given a wrong password, you have to click again on the button or the link received on the e-mail.

 

3. Click on the "Event registration" text on the left, above the site menu

 

4. Select car type and push Registration button

After this step you will recieve an e-mail about the succesful registration and your ordinal number.

 

5. Select the event members in Event Members menu

 

Payment: The registration fee is 750 Euro+VAT which covers the charge of 20 team member's. For every additional member the fee is 25 Euro.

 

6. The registration fee has to be paid by wire (You can look up the payment details in the FSH 2012 Rules)

 

7. Event registration is complete when you recieve an e-mail informing about your successful payment
