With your application you accept the followings:

• The participation fee must be paid via bank transfer, the transfer fee must be paid by the participant, otherwise the participant will be charged for the fee upon arrival.
• The participant takes part on the trip on its own responsibility, travel insurance has to be made by the participant, the organizer is not responsible for any issues considering travel insurance.
• There is no refound in case of cancellation.
• The trip costs 95 Euros. In order to complete the application the participation fee must be paid the until the 7th of August 2012.
• The organizers reserve the right of changing the program.
